More about
Ensemble Consulting Co.
Ensemble Consulting Co. was founded in 2025 to meet the following needs:
Clear & Structured Guidance For Music Students - While high school Guidance Counselors try their best, 98% of them do not have the know-how to navigate the competitive and overwhelming music auditions process. While they offer valuable insights as far as required GPA, SAT/ACT scores, etc. They do not know who to contact, what procedures to follow and what actually matters in a music students application.
Mentorship and Coaching For Music Educators - As someone who has worked in the field of public education as both a high school Orchestra Director and Fine Arts Administrator for 15+ years, I have mentored over 40 music teachers. Struggles with work-life balance, burn-out, lack of support, classroom management, student engagement, problems with administration and getting students to practice are topics that come up time and time again.
If you are struggling with any of these common issues, trust me, you are not alone.
That’s where I come in.
